Most of my photos are a lovely mix of candid and portraits – natural moments as they happen. We get to play, run through fields, laugh uncontrollably, give each other bunk-ups over fences if the moment takes us, hug it out over tearful speeches and party hard on the dance floor too!
I’m always looking for the ‘you’, the little looks, the best light, the gorgeous details, fun moments, atmosphere and excitement. I love that I get to capture those moments so that I can present beautiful images that give you a completely new perspective of your day and give your proper family heirlooms for the mantle.
I shoot pretty unobtrusively – a lot of my couples say they didn’t even notice me there. “So, do you know the couple?” is the most asked question at weddings! My couples feel like I’m more of a wedding guest than a friend which opens up little doors for me to document the day with freedom. This is awesomeness for me!
